In Schleswig-Holstein, the number of individuals unemployed reduced by roughly 1,900 between April and May, totalling about 89,500 people. The unemployment rate went down by 0.2% and is now at 5.5%, the Federal Employment Agency in Kiel reported on Tuesday. This is in contrast to the same period last year when the rate was 5.4% with 3,800 less people unemployed. The statistics from the Federal Employment Agency are based on data up to May 15th.
