Schaeffler CEO in office for another five years

Schaeffler CEO Klaus Rosenfeld will remain at the helm of the Franconian automotive and industrial supplier for another five years. At its meeting on Friday, the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG decided to extend the 57-year-old's contract, Schaeffler announced.

Schaeffler CEO Klaus Rosenfeld will remain at the helm of the Franconian automotive and industrial supplier for another five years. At its meeting on Friday, the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG decided to extend the 57-year-old's contract, Schaeffler announced.

Rosenfeld joined the Schaeffler Group in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. He has been at the helm of the Group since 2013. The upcoming merger with Vitesco AG is considered one of the most important tasks for the Schaeffler Executive Board in the near future.
