This year's design prize was awarded in Leipzig on Monday evening. A total of 15 works were honored, the Ministry of Economic Affairs announced in Dresden on Monday. With a total of 263 submissions, a record number of entries were received this year, it said. A jury selected 36 nominees for the awards, which are endowed with a total of 80,000 euros.
