The recommendation to evacuate, particularly for the neighborhoods of Auchsesheim, Nordheim, Zusum, Rettingen, the Schwaighöfe, and Hamlar, will stay in effect temporarily. The water level in the Danube-Ries area has reached critical heights, threatening to breach the dyke in several places.
