A rooftop fire erupted at a Berlin department store on Alexanderplatz on Tuesday morning. The fire was in the ventilation system of the building, as per a fire department representative. At 7:37 am, the alarm went off. To access the roof, firefighters employed a specific elevator. They swiftly put out the fire once they reached the scene. Thankfully, no one sustained any injuries. There were 48 individuals from the fire department responding to the incident. The police are currently probing the origins of the fire.
