Crime - Robbers raid jewelry store: Owner attacked

Two robbers have raided a jeweler's shop in Offenbach and assaulted the owner. The jeweler was lightly injured, the value of the loot is unknown as of yet. One of the masked robbers attacked the 62-year-old man and pushed him to the ground, according to the police on Thursday. The other robber took jewelry from the display case during this time. Both men then fled on foot. Witnesses had observed the crime in the late afternoon on Wednesday and called the police, but the manhunt was unsuccessful.

The jewelry store where the robbery occurred is located in Offenbach, part of the RHEIN-MAIN region. The owner of the jewelry store is a 62-year-old man named Hesse. Despite the efforts of the authorities, the perpetrators of the jewelry theft have not been identified or apprehended yet.
