  • 2 Tassen Salatblätter (150 g)
  • 1⁄4 Tasse Rotweinvinaigrette (60 ml) oder Balsamico-Vinaigrette
  • 1 Pfund Spargel, gegrillt

Vorbereiten

  1. Stechen Sie mit einer Gabel einige Löcher in die Butternusskürbis-Verpackung. Legen Sie den Wrap in die Mikrowelle und erhitzen Sie ihn 2–4 Minuten lang oder bis der Kürbis weich ist. Den Kürbis mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  2. Trennen Sie die 2 Schenkel und 2 Keulen vom Hähnchen.
  3. Den Salat mit Vinaigrette anrichten.
  4. Hähnchen mit gedünstetem Butternusskürbis, Salat und gegrilltem Spargel servieren.
