Rhineland-Palatinate Chief Minister Dreyer on the brink of retirement
Dreyer, age 63, has been leading the Land as Minister-President since 2013. He's got the reins of a Traffic Light Coalition that includes SPD, FDP, and Greens. On the other hand, Schweitzer, also a SPD member, has been Labor Minister since 2021. Before that, he was the head honcho of the SPD-Faction.
