CDU's Hessian State Leader, Boris Rhein, bags another term as CDU chairman in Hessen. The party gathering in Wetzlar on Saturday saw a whopping 96.4% of the voters backing Rhein, with no challengers up for the position. Back in 2020, Rhein had nabbed the job with a staggering 97.8% of the approval votes. Post his victory, Rhein showed his heartfelt appreciation for the support. According to him, the voting numbers demonstrate the unity within the Hessian CDU.
