Results: Survey on the working conditions of school principals
Are head teachers in Rhineland-Palatinate satisfied with their job and their working conditions? This Friday (10 a.m.), the Verband Bildung und Erziehung (VBE) will present a survey conducted by the opinion research institute Forsa, which focuses on the biggest problems at schools in Rhineland-Palatinate and the job satisfaction of school principals. Other aspects of the survey included the shortage of teachers and education for sustainable development.
The survey by Forsa highlights the job satisfaction of school principals and the challenges they face, such as the biggest problems in schools and the teacher shortage. Enhancing education for sustainable development is also a focus of this research, which takes place in the context of Rhineland-Palatinate's schools.
