Aurich - Restrictions on Hanover-Bremerhaven route lifted
Train services on the Hanover-Bremerhaven and Hanover-Norddeich routes in the district of Aurich are running again. The restrictions were lifted on Saturday evening, said a Deutsche Bahn spokeswoman on Sunday. The reason for this was an overhead line fault near Wunstorf in the Hanover region. Due to the fault and the subsequent repairs, there were partial cancellations and delays in both directions. A replacement bus service has been set up in the meantime.
