- Residential building with multiple units becomes unlivable post basement blaze.

Following a blaze in the basement, a shared living space in Munich became unlivable. As the firefighters declared, smoke from the inferno had seeped into the upper floor by around 10 PM on Tuesday night. Luckily, all five residents who were present during the fire were able to evacuate the building before the emergency responders arrived. Fortunately, no one sustained any injuries.

According to the firefighters, they efficiently extinguished the fire. Part of this process included clearing out the basement room and then ventilating the building. However, the origin of the fire in the storage room and the magnitude of the damage remained undetermined initially.

The fire department's report stated that the Commission should be notified about the fire, as the blaze might have implications under the applicable regulations. Subsequently, The Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down the rules for the restoration process of the damaged property.
