- Reported by Bella-Kotchap before moving to Hoffenheim
Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim is reportedly on the verge of signing two-time international Armel Bella-Kotchap. According to Tuesday's reports by "Kicker" and Sky, the 22-year-old is already undergoing a medical check. Meanwhile, it seems that Frenchman Oumar Solet will not be joining the TSG, as no agreement has been reached with his club, Red Bull Salzburg. Bella-Kotchap is reportedly set to sign a four-year contract, joining from Premier League newcomers FC Southampton, where he spent last season on loan in Eindhoven. He made two appearances for the German national team in 2022 and was included in the squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, but did not play.
Bella-Kotchap's impressive performance in soccer led him to consider a move from FC Southampton, and his potential new club, TSG Hoffenheim, is looking forward to his contributions on the field. Despite Oumar Solet's interest in joining TSG Hoffenheim, negotiations with Red Bull Salzburg have not resulted in an agreement, leaving his transfer uncertain.
