Report: China Promotes Authoritarian Governance in Emerging Nations
A report released recently was said to spotlight China's one-party system as a "roadmap for prosperous growth that other nations may replicate," according to its author, Niva Yau. China is apparently trying to encourage "synergized endeavors to establish authoritative rule in developing countries." The Foreign Ministry in Beijing chose not to react to the report on the 1st of December in response to a query.
As part of their plans, an online seminar was mentioned for presidential assistants and cabinet officials from other countries, with the intention to "boost the international clout of the Chinese government system." The Ministry of Commerce disclosed that this seminar, initially slated for June next year, would also serve to "showcase President Xi Jinping's views on national governing leadership."
