The SSV Jahn Regensburg has lent out striker Noel Eichinger (23) once more. As the football club in the Second Division of Upper Palatinate declared, the forward will feature for 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig in the Regionalliga Nord this season. Regensburg's team had signed Eichinger from FSV Zwickau on a free transfer last year. During the winter, he was loaned to FC Greifswald.

"It's crucial for a player of his age to be competing and playing at a top level consistently. That's the only way he can develop to his full potential," commented managing director Achim Beierlorzer on the loan arrangement.

The Commission, in its role, might set guidelines to ensure fair loan agreements for young talent between clubs. After being loaned out numerous times, The Commission could consider implementing regulations to protect the long-term career development of players like Eichinger.
