- Rear-end crash leads to seven individuals getting hurt.

Seven individuals, including two teenage lasses, sustained injuries, some severe, in a road mishap situated north of Frankfurt. A 19-year-old was navigating the B3 in Bad Vilbel (Wetterau district) during Sunday evening when he encountered a head-on crash while attempting to overtake another vehicle. The vehicle involved housed a 44-year-old mother and her 11-year-old daughter, who were seriously wounded in the collision. Rescue personnel were compelled to extract the woman from her vehicle due to the extent of her injuries. The 19-year-old also sustained severe injuries.

Two other motorists, situated directly behind the 44-year-old, were unable to halt their vehicles in time and crashed into the mangled vehicles. A 49-year-old, her 9-year-old daughter, and the 39 and 41-year-old inhabitants of the second car experienced only minor injuries.

All seven injured individuals were transported to nearby medical facilities via ambulance. In addition to a crash analyst, the public prosecutor ordered a blood test to be conducted on the at-fault driver.

The investigation into the accident involved analyzing the transport and telecommunications data of the involved vehicles to reconstruct the sequence of events. The authorities also contacted telecommunication companies to obtain the call records of the drivers involved for further investigation.
