Heavy downpours and thunderstorms continue to sweep through Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, with the remainder of the week predicted to be rainy and stormy.

Current Climate Forecast: - Rainfall and thunderstorms predicted in Schleswig-Holstein region.

Storms with heavy rainfall will sweep across northern Schleswig-Holstein on Tuesday, accompanied by powerful winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour, as per the German Weather Service (DWD). After clearing up in the morning, lighter showers and occasional thunderstorms are predicted to occur in the afternoon, originating from the southwest. Highs on Tuesday are expected to range from 18 degrees in Hamburg to 15 degrees on Sylt.

By night on Wednesday, the rain clouds are forecast to weaken by the DWD, but more thunderstorms and strong gusts of wind are predicted for the daytime hours. Additionally, the DWD has forecasted downpours and powerful winds for Wednesday. Maximum temperatures will likely hover around the 17-21 degree Celsius mark. This unsettled weather pattern is expected to continue, at least, until the end of the week.
