DWD - Rain and thunderstorms at the weekend in NRW: risk of severe weather

In the night to Sunday, according to DWD, there can be thundery rain showers with danger of thunderstorms due to heavy rain, storm and hail. On Sunday morning, the weather will remain heavily overcast with strong rain and thundershowers. The temperatures are expected to reach only up to 22 degrees. According to DWD forecasts, the precipitation will abate in the night to Monday.

On Saturday night, leading into Sunday, storms with thunderstorms, heavy rain, and hail are predicted by the German Weather Service (DWD). The adverse weather conditions persist into Sunday morning, with continuous heavy rain and thundershowers. Despite the dreary weather, temperatures will only rise to a maximum of 22 degrees. Fortunately, DWD forecasts a decrease in precipitation by the night of Sunday into Monday.
