Radio Dreyeckland's editor in Freiburg found not guilty.

In January 2020, the Federal Administrative Court upheld the ban on an association due to its intentions and actions violating the constitution. Previously, the district court did not approve the indictment against the editor, but upon the prosecutor's request, the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court initiated a trial before the district court.

The editor's trial took place in April. The public prosecutor sought a penalty of 90 daily fines at 40 euros, while the defense argued for acquittal.
