Projected ARD results: AfD leads in Eastern European elections; BSW edges out SPD.
The Green Party saw a drop of 7.4 percentage points, now standing at 6.4%, while the Left suffered a major loss with a 5.5% (down 7.2%). The FDP secured 3%, and other parties gathered 12.8%. Elections in Saxony, Thuringia, and Brandenburg are scheduled for September.
