Emergencies - Problems with water supply in Bad Kissingen
After two burst pipes in Bad Kissingen, around 1000 households were temporarily cut off from the water supply on Monday. According to the police, a large part of the town center was affected because, among other things, a main supply pipe had broken. Citizens in the municipal utility's supply area were advised to boil the water before consuming it.
The cause of the burst pipes was initially unclear. The fire department, municipal utility company and building yard worked flat out to rectify the problems.
