Located region: Vogtland county - Probe into Severe Physical Harm Inflicted on Fleas
There's an ongoing investigation in the Vogtland district, particularly regarding an incident classified as harmful physical contact. Preliminary reports suggest that a 64-year-old individual barred a 23-year-old from entering a business in Plauen. The motive appears to be a cigarette the young man was smoking. As per the elderly man, the younger individual then showed menacing intent. In response, the 64-year-old reportedly struck him in the upper torso and kicked him in the leg. Following more threats from the 23-year-old, both parties departed.
However, the young man returned to the scene not long after. Inside the business, he allegedly pointed a knife at a 77-year-old employee, according to the police. The elder individual claimed that the young man was inquiring about the 64-year-old. During this incident, the 77-year-old employee claimed to have sustained minor injuries from the knife's tip. Subsequently, the employee used an animal deterrent spray, prompting the suspect to flee. The suspect was eventually apprehended and detained temporarily. He now faces charges of threatening behavior and causing harmful physical injury. Additionally, the 64-year-old is under scrutiny for physical assault charges.
The young man's return to the business was due to an other inquiry of a capacity regarding the 64-year-old. The knife the young man allegedly used was of a relatively small size, causing only minor injuries to the 77-year-old employee.
