Police training - Police training: one in three without a certificate
The Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Police will receive 91 newly trained police officers and police officers in the coming weeks. Interior Minister Christian Pegel (SPD) handed over their certificates to them after they passed the exams on Thursday, as the Interior Ministry in Schwerin announced.
Selected from 851 applicants
The loss is significant: 133 women and men had started the two-year training in August 2022 and were selected from 851 applicants. Only about two-thirds reached their training goal within the specified time.
