Officials in Lower Bavaria raid eleven apartments in the fight against drug crime, finding a lot of cash in the process.

Investigators searched a total of eleven residences on Thursday in the district of Landshut in Lower Bavaria. Several men aged between 20 and 32 are accused of dealing marijuana and cocaine in the Landshut area since February 2023, police said.

The criminal police found several thousand euros in cash and narcotics in the residences in Landshut, Essenbach, and Bruckberg. The Landshut District Court had previously issued the search warrants. The investigation by the Kripo and the public prosecutor's office is ongoing, it was reported.

The suspected drug dealers hail from the region of Bavaria, specifically Landshut. The raids in Landshut, Essenbach, and Bruckberg are all located within this prosperous German state of Bavaria.
