Risk of accident - Police pull hazardous goods transporter off slippery road
Hazardous goods transports are not allowed to drive in icy and snowy conditions. This was pointed out by the Neubrandenburg police headquarters on Wednesday against the backdrop of snowfall and slippery roads. Officers from the Altentreptow highway and traffic police station prohibited a driver transporting propane gas from continuing his journey between Stavenhagen and Malchin and imposed a fine.
Just last week, an unfilled tanker truck had reportedly crashed on the A20 in snowstorms. However, it was reported that residual substances leaked from a damaged intermediate pipe. This driver will also be fined.
