Crime - Police investigate after shots fired in Bremen - one injured

A 25-year-old man was shot in Bremen. He sustained injuries to his leg, according to the police. Neighbors and passersby reportedly heard several shots late on a Saturday evening. The police arrived at the scene and found the man who had taken refuge in a local. The man claimed that an unknown person shot at him at the height of a container for drug consumers. The 25-year-old was taken to a hospital.

Near the container, the response team found two cars with shattered windshields from projectiles. Witnesses told the police they saw two men running away from the scene shortly after the shots were fired. The Criminal Police are investigating a case of attempted murder and are looking for witnesses who have observed the area around Hohentorspark.

The police are currently treating the incident as a case of attempted murder in Bremen. In response to the emergency, additional patrols have been deployed in the area around Hohentorspark.
