The police have caught a speeding driver at 109 kilometers per hour in a built-up area in the district of Plön. The man was driving in Probsteierhagen on Sunday afternoon, the police announced on Monday. For exceeding the speed limit by more than twice the permitted 50 kilometers per hour, he was reportedly banned from driving for two months, given two points in Flensburg and fined 1120 euros. Of 913 road users at the checkpoint, 98 exceeded the speed limit.
