The Rosenheim police have caught a man wanted on a warrant virtually in his sleep. The 42-year-old had gone to sleep in the anteroom of a bank during the night, as the Rosenheim police station reported on Friday.

The officers called to the scene woke the man and, when checking his personal details, discovered that the man was the subject of an arrest warrant for embezzlement. They took him to the police station, where the man spent the rest of the night. The judiciary will now decide how to proceed, according to the statement.
