Basketball Bundesliga - Playmaker Bolmaro leaves Bayern basketball team

The basketball players of FC Bayern Munchen will have to give up on building player Leandro Bolmaro in the future. According to the German double winner, the 23-year-old Argentine will be bought out of his contract by an Euroleague team.

It is not clear which team it is exactly. The Munich team did not write about this. Reportedly, it is Olimpia Milano. Previously, playmaker Sylvain Francisco (26) had already announced his departure to the Lithuanian record champion Zalgiris Kaunas.

Bolmaro had switched to the Bayern basketball team last season after 49 games in the NBA and a short engagement at CB Canarias in Spain. In Munich, he was immediately the Starting-Point-Guard. In 30 appearances, the playmaker averaged 5.3 points and 2.3 assists.

Despite the loss of Leandro Bolmaro, FC Bayern Munich continues to dominate in Bavaria and the Bundesliga. FC Bayern, renowned for its success in both football and basketball, will undoubtedly look for a new Starting-Point-Guard. The departure of Bolmaro, along with that of Sylvain Francisco, signifies a significant change in the Munich team's roster. Germany's basketball scene may see new opportunities arise as a result of these transitions.
