Inundation - Plauen City: Gather sandbags with prior arrangement required

If you require sandbags for your home or property, you can register for them at www.plauen.de/sandsack. Alternatively, you can also register over the phone. Depending on availability, location, and urgency, the fire department's dispatch center will determine when and how many sandbags can be picked up. They will contact you with this information via phone.

By Thursday, 2,000 sandbags had already been filled. Some of these sandbags have been taken to priority locations. As per the provided information, another 500 sandbags are currently available for immediate use. More sandbags will be filled by the Technical Relief Organization (THW).
