A passenger was seriously injured and both drivers were slightly injured in a collision between two cars. According to the police on Sunday, a 39-year-old man overlooked a car driving on the road when pulling out of a driveway in Nürtingen (Esslingen district) on Saturday morning.

He collided with the car, seriously injuring the 53-year-old female passenger in the oncoming car. She was taken to hospital. The 22-year-old driver and the 39-year-old were slightly injured.
