- Passenger fatally injured
A 23-year-old passenger lost their life in a car accident in Grundau (Main-Kinzig district). As the police reported, they were in a vehicle with a 19-year-old driver that overturned on the county road just before the entrance to Breitenborn in the morning.
The vehicle veered off the road and came to rest on its roof. The driver was reportedly only slightly injured. The cause and exact circumstances of the accident are now under investigation.
The loss of life in the car accident has left the community in mourning. The investigation aims to determine the cause and prevent similar accidents in the future.
