Tussle in Ostalb district area - Parent physically assaults his child using a glass container.
At a get-together in Aalen, Ostalbkreis, it's claimed that a dad whacked his 19-year-old son on the head with a broken bottle. The incident happened following a squabble between the son and a lady a year his elder, as reported by the authorities. On Tuesday, following the assault, the young dude is said to have left the woman alone and aimed to take on his dad, but was stopped by the group's attendees. Subsequently, the harmed lad bolted.
The police disclosed that everyone present was tipsy. The reason behind the disagreement is yet unknown. Presently, the 41-year-old dad is facing charges for physical harm.
The authorities are investigating whether the dad's actions were a result of the alcohol-fueled atmosphere and the incident being classified as a crime. Due to the injuries sustained, the case is being treated as a case of domestic violence.
