Turkish soccer player Salih Özcan from Borussia Dortmund is excited about the energetic vibe at the European Championships for his country's team. Özcan commented to the German Press Agency, "Turkey will feel like they're playing at home during the EM."

Born in Cologne, Özcan has been a member of the Turkish squad since 2022. Prior to that, he progressed through the German Football Association's (DFB) youth development system.
