Overnight closure of the A10 for salvage operations

Following an morning incident and a subsequent temporary shutdown of Berlin Ring between Nuthetal Triangle and Ludwigsfelde West, the accident location is now undergoing a full-night closure for additional repairs.

Due to some emergency interventions, sections of the A10 will be entirely shut down at night. As per Autobahn GmbH, both lanes will see a closure between the Nuthetal interchange and the Ludwigsfelde West exit from 8 pm. This shutdown is estimated to end around 4 am on Thursday.

An incident in the construction zone of the A10 had previously stopped traffic heading towards Magdeburg until approximately 12 pm. However, the rescue operations were not completed, leading to the need for a more extensive nighttime closure, as Autobahn GmbH conveyed further.

The emergency interventions on the A10 require temporary closures not only in the daytime but also in the night, affecting transportation in the sectors of [Transport and telecommunications]. Following this, commuters and businesses that rely on deliveries via the A10 may experience significant disruptions during the scheduled closure period.
