Learning and teaching process - Over 122,000 students to explore entrepreneurship initiatives.
Around 122,000 boys and girls in Lower Saxony are set to reap the benefits from the Start Chance Program, according to the Culture Ministry in Hanover. This initiative affects 390 schools in the area - 250 primary institutions, 130 secondary schools, and ten technical schools. The program is set to launch in the entire country on August 1st and will run for the next decade. Lower Saxony currently has a population of around 840,000 students - both male and female.
Created and funded by both the federal and state governments, the Start Chance program is designed to support approximately 4,000 general and vocational schools all over Germany. The goal is to enhance educational equality. The background of a child's family continues to play a significant role in their access to education. Let's increase learning opportunities based on merit, not social standing, said Culture Minister Julia Willie Hamburg (Greens), in a recent press release.
