Orban prevents agreement on financial aid for Ukraine at summit
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has prevented an agreement on new financial aid for Ukraine at the EU summit in Brussels. Several diplomats confirmed to the German Press Agency on Friday night that the heads of state and government of the EU member states are now planning to discuss the issue again in January.
