In 15 infringements, she was consequently sentenced for engaging in commercial activities with false health certificates and for preparing false vaccination records. In addition, the doctor was ordered to pay 4550 Euros as damages. The defendant was accused by the prosecutor of receiving 150 Euros from patients for each false certification of a vaccination that had not been administered.

The sentence, according to the spokesperson, was set at two years. During this period, the accused is not allowed to issue fitness-for-work certificates or any other certificates, as well as to administer any vaccinations.

The court spokeswoman confirmed that the doctor, charged in Berlin, received a suspended sentence of two years for her actions relating to the Coronavirus pandemic. This includes being prohibited from issuing fitness-for-work certificates or any other certificates, and administering any vaccinations during this time. The defendant was also ordered to pay a fine of 4550 Euros as compensation. The false vaccination certificates and records, used in 15 infringements, were a key point in her conviction. The accusations included preparing and selling these false documents for 150 Euros each, for vaccinations that had not been given. After serving her sentence, the doctor will be required to present a vaccination certificate or vaccination passport, proving she has been vaccinated against Corona, in order to work in her profession again. The Tiergarten Local Court in Berlin handed down the judgment, taking into account the seriousness of the offenses and the impact on public health.
