It's claimed that the accuser assumed the woman was pregnant, which would make him responsible for child support payments. Contrary to this assumption, the 32-year-old woman had already undergone an abortion.
The 40-year-old German-Polish defendant is alleged to have stabbed the woman more than 22 times. Per his defense, the victim picked up a kitchen knife during the scuffle. The accused man then "lost his temper," so his defense submitted. The public prosecutor seeks a life sentence for the man unless he's convicted of murder. On the other hand, his defense lawyer requests a careful evaluation of whether the motive established constitutes murder.
