Road congestion - Numerous closures on the A4 road observed on Wednesday.
Between 7 am and 4 pm, owing to ground investigations, the exit leading to Chemnitz from Glauchau-Ost will remain shut. Drivers will have to take the Hohenstein interchange as an alternate route. Up until Thursday, only the left lane is drivable between the interchanges of Dresden-Wilder Mann and Dresden-Airport. Furthermore, the on-ramp of the Dresden-Hellerau interchange is closed. The reason behind these changes is ongoing maintenance work.
