Edibles - NRW continues to experience high rainfall and lightning occurrences.
Heavy rain and potential thunderstorms are expected in North Rhine-Westphalia this week. According to meteorologist Yvonne Engemann from the German Weather Service (DWD) in Essen, initiated on Sunday, these showers may recur frequently. Additionally, hail may fall. Until Wednesday, the weather is expected to be erratic, with occasional brief periods of dryness. The only exception being Tuesday, when the upcoming conditions will be slightly more stable, albeit with minimal sunshine. That day will also be the coolest temperature-wise, only reaching a maximum of 20 degrees.

Despite the challenging weather conditions with frequent thunderstorms in North Rhine-Westphalia, taking time off to relax might still be possible during brief dry spells. Visitors to North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) should pack their raincoats and be prepared for potentially unpredictable weather this week.
