- Nine horses on board - police stop overloaded vans

Police pulled over a livestock transporter on the A5 near Neuenburg (Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district) and discovered numerous violations. The transporter and trailer were carrying a total of nine horses, six of which did not have valid papers, i.e., a health certificate, as reported by the police.

Furthermore, the transporter and trailer were overloaded with nine animals. Other documents were allegedly forged, and the vehicle had neither registration nor a permit.

The horses were accommodated on a farm by the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district office after the inspection. The 46-year-old driver was reported.

The police officer noted that the lack of traffic control led to the overloading of the transporter. Subsequently, the traffic enforcement team was called to manage the situation effectively.
