Economy - New business park under construction near Magdeburg
A new business park is being built near Magdeburg on an area of around 77,000 square meters. According to project developer Panattoni, construction is set to begin in January 2024. As there is a shortage of available commercial real estate in Magdeburg, the business park is being built in Hermsdorf near the Autobahn 2, as the company announced on Thursday. Steffi Trittel, mayor of the municipality of Hohe Börde, announced that the new business park is also associated with the hope of new jobs. Completion is planned for December next year.
