Nearly 350 people had to be relocated in the region, including guests from the asylum seeker reception center in Nersingen, patients and medical staff from the clinic in Weißenhorn, and residents of the Rom villa in Neu-Ulm. The clean-up process will take some time. "We are also empathizing with the other districts still dealing with the floodwater issues," said officials.
