Crime - Neighborhood dispute in Hellersdorf: Man sprays substance
In a neighborhood dispute in Berlin-Hellersdorf, a man allegedly threw a fluid substance from his balcony onto two apartments below and injured two residents. A police spokesperson stated initially it was unknown what kind of substance it was. The two residents were taken to the hospital.
Since the officers couldn't enter the apartment at first, special police forces, according to a dpa photographer's observations, stormed the apartment of the suspect and arrested him. The police spokesperson added that the surrounding apartments of the multi-family house at Oschatzer Ring were evacuated. The investigation is being continued by a specialized investigative unit of the Berlin Police.
