  • 3⁄4 Tasse Kichererbsenmehl (95 g)
  • 1⁄4 Tasse Grieß (30 g)
  • 1⁄2 TL Kardamompulver
  • 1⁄8 Teelöffel Muskatnuss
  • 3⁄4 Tasse Puderzucker (80 g)
  • 1⁄2 Tasse Ghee (95 g), plus 2 EL Mandeln oder Pistazien/gehackt. 1 Prise Salz

Vorbereiten

  1. Mehl und Gewürze zusammen in eine Schüssel sieben und das Salz hinzufügen.
  2. Ghee und Zucker glatt rühren.
  3. Trockene Zutaten zu den feuchten Zutaten hinzufügen und vermischen. Wenn es nicht zusammenkommt, fügen Sie etwas Milch oder geschmolzenes Ghee hinzu.
  4. Den Teig einwickeln und 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank lagern.
  5. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
  6. Den Teig leicht flach drücken und Mandeln oder gehackte Pistazien in die Mitte jeder Teigkugel drücken.
  7. Den Teig erneut 15 Minuten kalt stellen. Während der Teig abkühlt, heizen Sie den Ofen auf 375 °F vor.
  8. 10–20 Minuten backen oder bis es hellbraun ist
  9. Zum Abkühlen auf ein Kuchengitter stellen und genießen! Kekse sind in einem luftdichten Behälter bis zu 3 Wochen haltbar.
