Mysterious weapons found in Munich
Mysterious weapons discoveries are keeping the police in Munich busy. More than ten weapons were found in the Ramersdorf and Perlach districts - spread over several streets. "We don't know who did it and we don't know the reason," said a police spokesperson on Monday. A witness had reportedly contacted the police on Sunday because he had found a gun case with a rifle on his doorstep. Further reports of other weapons were then gradually received.
"As things stand, over ten weapons have been found by various witnesses," the police said. All of the weapons were so-called soft-air weapons or alarm guns. Some of these weapons also contained the corresponding ammunition. The police are now looking for witnesses who observed anything suspicious in the area of Heinrich-Wieland-Straße, Ständlerstraße, Karl-Marx-Ring and Kurt-Eisner-Straße.
The discovered weapons include soft-air weapons and alarm guns, each with its corresponding ammunition. The police are urging anyone who saw anything unusual near Heinrich-Wieland-Straße, Ständlerstraße, Karl-Marx-Ring, or Kurt-Eisner-Straße to come forward.
