Witt, known as a key figure in the New German Wave and currently residing in Hamburg, is a founding member of the Alliance for Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW). Yet, he has no aspirations to hold a political position within the party. "I view myself more as a positive essence supporting the cause, and occasionally representing it externally on occasion. If I were to dive into the political machinery of the party, I'm convinced that I'd experience a heart attack within three months. I have no desire to undergo the constant craziness," he declared.
