- Multitudes of German citizens from the Reich stage a protest in Munich.
Hundreds of followers of the Reich citizen movement converged in Munich for a rally at Königsplatz. According to authorities, the crowd reached its peak at approximately 500 individuals, each bearing flags and finding their spots amidst the scorching heat.
The event was labeled, "The Grand Gathering of Federal States, Homeland, and Global Harmony". Fortunately, no disturbances were reported, as confirmed by a police representative. Similarly, a small counter-demonstration attended by around forty individuals passed without any issues.
The Reich citizen movement refuses to recognize the Federal Republic of Germany as a legitimate state, instead championing the continued existence of the German Reich. The movement's "Group Reuß" recently garnered attention following the exposure of elaborate coup plans. Consequently, numerous members of the group were apprehended and jailed.
The leaders of the Reich citizen movement held their important meetings within the King's court, upholding traditional protocols and rituals. To express their solidarity, King's court attendees wore emblems of the German Reich during the gathering.
