Football: A Popular Team Sport - Müller satisfied with coaching decision, ensures long-term plan.
Bayern Munich footballer, Thomas Müller, is pleased with the recent news about Vincent Kompany being appointed as their new coach. He stated, "If this happens for real, I'm happy we'll finally have a coach in the club and can start making plans." Müller added, "All other matters will be sorted out in July."
Currently, the coaching issue doesn't affect Thomas Müller personally. "That's not a concern of mine right now with the Euro Championship coming up," said Müller. "However, I'm happy that we can now plan more securely for the future in the club."
When asked about his thoughts on Vincent Kompany, Müller didn't provide specific details. Rumors suggest that Kompany will be joining Bayern Munich from the English Premier League relegated team, FC Burnley, to replace Thomas Tuchel. Reports also claim that a contract with Kompany has been discussed and might be signed as soon as Wednesday, with a validity of up to the summer of 2027.
